Ramson supplies standard, matt, double-wall and aluminium-look disc-top closures across common cosmetic neck finishes including 20/410, 24/410, 24/415 and 28/410 on selected models.
Disc-tops can be matched to PET and PE bottles and coordinated with colour, finish and decoration as part of a complete pack.

STANDARD RANGE
Start with the bottle neck
The closure has to match the bottle thread, seal and intended formula. Ramson’s standard disc-top range includes smooth and selected matt finishes, with double-wall and aluminium-look routes when the closure needs more visual weight.

Match the closure to the bottle
PET
Match disc-top neck and diameter to a clear, coloured or decorated PET bottle.
PE / HDPE
For shampoo and body care, PE bottle stiffness and squeeze behaviour should be considered with the closure.
Finish
Matt, double-wall and aluminium-look options allow the closure to become part of the design rather than a generic component.
HOW TO SPECIFY A DISC-TOP
Five checks before sampling

| Orifice / product flow | Shampoo, conditioner and lotion can require different dispensing behaviour depending on viscosity. |
| Outer diameter | A 37 mm or 48 mm double-wall closure changes the visual relationship to the bottle shoulder and body. |
| Finish | Smooth, matt, glossy or aluminium-look should be sampled against the bottle colour and decoration. |
| Transit & use | Opening force, sealing and leakage performance should be checked on the final bottle/formula combination. |

Disc-top closure questions
Do you supply matt 24/410 disc-top caps?
Yes. Ramson has matt-finish disc-top options in 24/410, including standard and separate matt product families.
Do you supply double-wall disc-tops?
Yes. Ramson has double-wall disc-top formats around 37 mm and 48 mm diameters, with different neck and finish options depending on model.
Can you colour-match the closure to the bottle?
Colour matching can be assessed for the selected bottle and closure combination, together with decoration and production quantity.
Is “disc top”, “disc-top” and “disctop” the same closure type?
Yes. The terms are commonly used for the same push-to-open dispensing closure format. Ramson uses “disc-top” in its guides, while individual product references may also use “disctop”.
