Ramson’s ONEMATERIAL range includes PP and PE dispensing pumps designed around a single polymer, with plastic-spring technology, multiple neck finishes and outputs for lotion, serum and foaming applications.
Current options include 18/410, 24/410, 28/410, 33/410 and 40/43 formats depending on pump type, with PCR options on selected models.

WHY IT MATTERS
Mono-material is not the same as all-plastic
A pump can contain no metal and still combine several polymer types. In a mono-material pump, the components — including the spring — use the same polymer. We confirm the material specification for the selected model.
That distinction matters when brands are trying to simplify material structure and improve design for recycling.

Locking systems
The featured ONE-P-HAN-2/3 1 ml lotion pump is available with a 360° on/off system. Other locking systems vary by model.
Dip tube
Dip-tube length is specified around the selected bottle height and geometry. For mono-material PP routes, selected pumps use PP dip tubes as part of the single-polymer construction.
Sampling
Send the bottle drawing or physical bottle plus formula and target dose. Ramson can shortlist the relevant pump before compatibility and dispensing validation.

Thread, sealing geometry and bottle finish have to match the chosen pump.

Viscosity and expected user dose determine which output and pump architecture should be tested.
Material strategy
PP bottle + PP pump or PE bottle + PE pump can support a simpler single-polymer pack concept where technically suitable.

HOW TO SPECIFY A MONO PUMP
Six checks before sampling
1. Neck finish
Start with the bottle drawing or thread specification. A 24/410 bottle needs a pump engineered for that finish; “close enough” is not a valid fit.
2. Output
Serums may need fractions of a millilitre while lotion and hair-care applications can require 1–4 cc depending on use.
3. Polymer
Choose PP or PE around the complete pack strategy, not only the pump. A mono pump on a mixed-material pack is not automatically a mono-material pack.
4. Locking system
Clip, left/right, push-down and 360° on/off systems change consumer use, transit protection and appearance.
5. PCR target
PCR availability is model-specific. Colour, mechanical performance and documentation should be agreed before final specification.
6. Formula test
Viscosity, product chemistry and expected actuation count still need compatibility and dispensing validation on the selected pack.

Mono-material pump questions
Do you supply mono-material pumps in 24/410 and 28/410?
Yes. Current ONEMATERIAL lotion pump options include both 24/410 and 28/410 formats, with additional neck finishes available on selected models.
Are PE mono-material pumps available?
Yes. Ramson has a 28/410 PE lotion pump with 2 cc output and a 50% PCR option, alongside the broader PP pump range.
Can a mono-material pump include PCR?
Selected models are available with PCR content. The percentage and colour possibilities depend on the chosen pump and performance requirement.
Can Ramson match the pump to an existing bottle?
Yes. Send the bottle drawing or neck specification, formula information and target output and we can assess suitable pumps and sampling.
