Ramson supplies PE and HDPE bottles for shampoo, conditioner, body care, skincare, household and other compatible applications, with standard shapes, multiple neck finishes, PCR options and custom tooling support.
Current ranges include Boston Round, Cylinder, Slim Cylinder, Oval and selected rectangular formats, from small treatment bottles through 1000 ml packs.
Used for cosmetics, personal care, household, car care and pet care products, and for food and technical products where the selected bottle is documented for that use.

Why brands choose PE / HDPE
PE bottles are widely used when a pack needs toughness, squeeze behaviour, an opaque or coloured appearance, and compatibility with common personal-care dispensing systems. HDPE formats are especially common for shampoos, conditioners, body care and larger-volume products.
Material choice should be confirmed against the formula, decoration route, PCR target and required bottle stiffness.

PE / HDPE bottle questions
Do you supply 500 ml HDPE bottles?
Yes. Ramson has 500 ml PE / HDPE formats including Boston Round options, with common dispensing neck finishes such as 24/410 and 28/410 on selected models.
Can PE bottles contain PCR?
Yes. PCR options are available on selected PE / HDPE ranges. The achievable percentage depends on bottle, colour and technical requirements.
Can Ramson make a custom HDPE bottle?
Yes. For projects where the standard range is not sufficient, Ramson can assess new tooling or adapted bottle geometry based on volume, shape, annual quantity and launch timing.
Produced in Europe. Ramson’s PET and PE bottles are produced in Europe, in Slovenia and Poland. Ramson owns its bottle tooling in Slovenia, so an existing bottle’s shoulder, base or neck can be adapted from 4 weeks, and new tooling takes from 8–10 weeks. See Made in EU Packaging.
