PRODUCT OPTIONS

Two refillable roll-on sizes

Images are not to a common scale. Confirm the refill interface, formula compatibility and final component specification on the selected reference.

Develop the complete pack: colour, decoration and refill strategy can be developed together rather than treating the container as a standalone component.

WHAT TO VALIDATE

Make the refill easy to use

Formula

Viscosity, actives and fragrance system should be checked against the ball, housing and container.

Refill experience

The user has to understand how the refill is replaced and why the outer pack should be retained.

Material claim

PCR percentage, colour and finished-pack recyclability should be confirmed for the final specification and target market.

What Ramson confirms before quotation

Roller & refill assembly

Ball size, housing and refill interface are confirmed from the current drawing for the selected ONE-DG reference rather than assumed from capacity alone.

Commercial specification

Current MOQ, sample route and production timing are confirmed against colour, PCR target, decoration and quantity.

Filling & compatibility

Formula behaviour, filling process and closure/roller performance should be validated on the selected pack before bulk production.

BUYER CHECKLIST

Define the complete refill system

Decision What to confirm
Formula Viscosity, fragrance system, actives and compatibility with ball, housing and container
Refill method How the consumer opens, removes and replaces the refill component
Material PP construction and PCR percentage for the selected colour and project
Decoration Which component is retained and therefore deserves the premium brand treatment
Filling How the refill component is presented to the filler and closed after filling
Claims What can accurately be said about refillability, PCR content and recyclability in the target market

A refillable roll-on can reduce the need to replace the complete decorated pack on every purchase, but the commercial and environmental result depends on how often the outer pack is actually reused. We therefore treat the refill model and the packaging specification as the same project.

FAQ

Refillable roll-on questions

Is the roll-on mono-material?

The current ONE-DG50 and ONE-DG75 product records specify 100% PP plastic. The complete finished pack and decoration should still be assessed for the intended recycling route.

Can the roll-on contain PCR?

Yes. The current product specifications list up to 100% PCR options for these formats, subject to final colour, performance and project requirements.

What sizes are available?

The current refillable ONEMATERIAL roll-on range includes 50 ml and 75 ml formats.

Are ONE-DG50 and ONE-DG75 roll-ons or deodorant sticks?

They are refillable roll-on deodorant packs. The ONE-DG50 and ONE-DG75 references belong to the ONEMATERIAL refillable roll-on range; they should not be confused with Ramson’s separate twist-up deodorant stick formats for solid and soft-solid formulas.
